Some examples of inflows, stocks and outflows

- Eating, Weight and Metabolism. One interesting example is how come John is eating less and still gaining weight?

- Deposits, Cash and Expenses. One interesting example is how come John is having more deposits in his bank account, and the bank balance is still decreasing?

- Births, Population, Deaths

I think it would be interesting also to use non-physical examples (flows and stocks):

- Developing capabilities and Capabilities

- Aggregating and self-esteem

It might be also interesting to show what are examples of a incorrect representation of stocks and flows, and most of the times this happens because it makes sense as a representation of the process:

- quality of the product (stock) generating (flow) client satisfaction (stock)

- things I know (stock) that through learning (flow) willl increase the things you know (stock)

Hope this helps.

Best

Leonardo.
