I don't like to be so negative but what is likely to happen in selling SD lesson plans is that mostly well-to-do, low minority schools will buy them because the high minority schools have less money and are only going to use lesson plans that closely match (and show how they do) state test standards. These schools must so that they can make their AYP.
Having some volunteers spend the time developing or modifying lesson plans to teach SD and state standards and giving these to poor schools would be worthwhile, if the goal is to spread SD thinking.
