I found the rest of the book more meaningful for those of us who are not in these fields. Systems thinking applications in the social sciences and humanities would be most useful for innovative work.

It's hard for people who don't reduce experience or concepts to measurements to penetrate Chapter One until they have read the rest of the book. I just say skip to Chapter Two and refer to the glossary if you are missing a word. Then go back and read Chapter One.
