Dear All,

I find that emotional connect to an objective is causally linked to learning and performance. I work at Hindustan Petroleum a Fortune 500 company and we created organizational vision (which is fluid and continues to evolve) with thousands of employees and the emotional connect which stems out of the participation as an important link to performance, commitment, learning and success.
