My opinion is very basic, "use it or lose it". I have been retired from engineering "stuff" for the last 10 years, and I am a high school math and science tutor now. The kids come to my house. I tutor all the math offered and chemistry, physics and next year biology. Yes, it takes a lot of time preparing for the kids, but it is worth every minute of it, especially working with the wonderful teachers! In addition, I put together application packages and present them to the kids in their class rooms, and too boot, I am still learning something new! It is embarrassing, I am getting more out of it then the kids! lol
