Subject: systems based television commercial

Message:

I recently saw a commercial for a cologne. It ran something like this:

1. a man puts cologne on, walks through a bar, and attracts women;
2. a mosquito bites the man, gets the blood, and attracts a mosquito mate;
3. a frog eats the mosquito and attracts a female frog;
4. The theme continues until something dies. Then worms eat the corpse and fall in love.

If anyone has seen this commercial, please let me know what the product was. I didn't write it down at the time, but I think this commercial represents a great way to slip systems concepts into the public consciousness through the back door in a non-threatening way. (I think that once people grasp this, the idea of a toxic chemical cycling it's way through environmental systems will be more easily understood.)

I apologize to anyone who considers this off topic, but I think it is central to the diffusion of systems concepts.

cheers,
Richard
