Thanks for you answer, Warren.
About the redundancy, you're right, that's the case in the picture I've sent.
But you get the idea, I would like to add more items in the model, which could impact the time to complete user process. Memory, database response time for instance, or another application adding CPU consumption and, as a consquence, which could slow down the other application.
I need also to think about your idea normal CPU use vs. busy.

I think I need to start working now with the real information I have from my system, will help to see what the best assumptions to build the model.

Thank you very much for your comments, it really helps me to move ahead.
