I haven't read the whole report. There are some details, that might be interesting to give more depth to the story, and can be found on the internet. "The study also uncovers starkly divergent strategic concerns and priorities among CEOs in Asia, Japan, Europe or North America – the first time such clear regional variations have appeared in this biennial survey of private and public sector leaders." http://www-03.ibm.com/press/us/en/pressrelease/31670.wss Integrity and global thinking were two other characteristics valued by executives. Unfortunately, we also have evidence that people say one thing and do something else. For example, they might say they value creativity but they won't hire anyone with that skill as a regular employee. They hire consultants, PR, marketing and other creative types on temporary contracts for a project. They hire regular employees who will do what they are told. Richard
