Hi there ! I'm Sofie an Engineering Student, and avid reader of Systems Thinking and System Dynamics that is why I joined this group. As I approach to the fullfilment of my Engineering degree I started wondering what where those things that I most valued and that I have learned barely on my last 3 years at school but wish that I would have learned them so long ago since primary,.

And I share 3 thoughts and as many here have said , specially Philip and Dr. Forrester, 3 of the things I know I value are:

1) The ability to research and learn by myself
2) The ability to solve problems
3) The ability to visualize and be able to make a mental model o map to see the consequences and relationships in complex situations.

And as far as I know from my own experience at school this three abilities are ver much related and can very much be suported with System Dynamics methodology. And believe this three abilities may give a good support for creativity and innovation.

When I took System Dynamics course at my University I just got in love with it, for its practicity and potential.
