Very interesting page that I discussed for the human dynamics, we have created a research center on developing the strengths all based on studies of neuroscience and on the findings of Daniel Goleman and talents of Gallup and new tests measure the emotional engagement of teachers and students.

All this has enabled us to discover indicators that are robust data for the variables called SOFT but this only applies to people over 15 years of age, younger age there is still no good tools to make these measurements and that is where there is little statistical data models to improve the human dynamic in our institutions, everything has to be estimated based on assumptions.

Anyway I appreciate your page orientation of human dynamics, I will review what we can contribute to enrich the knowledge we have acquired.
