n idea that can be used to develop immediate solutions to businesses using SD that I have found is also to teach my employees to see cause and effect cycles and some basic techniques of modeling and STELLA is to provide a statistics course in practice since business much of the data needed is not at hand and we must investigate the statistical variability of the pattern of behavior of many variables and one of the obstacles is when modeling is that these behaviors must generate random and do not know how to do it, the longer it will take to adopt SD to solve immediate problems in the company.

I use two programs that help me a lot in this are the Fit and BestFit Stat, if you unlock it increases the creativity of my people to design, test and adopt new policies to improve any area of my organization, it is also very important to translate all the model results and economic indicators that would otherwise random statistical variability with any flow would look like a rare tag data.
Also I found it especially important in changing the paradigms of people sharing the view from the early stages of their recruitment to better understand the strategic thinking that we will use we have called Blue Ocean Strategy systemic any change in policies and procedures must first be modeled and then when we are clear about the impact of our decisions in time to reach our goals, so we implement only the real.

While I totally agree with you that at the paradigm is adult learning and in schools is generally is to teach and standards compliance is killing creativity and innovation as well as Jay Forrester says.
