Tim I think to bring a change of course as the situation demands it all must start withthe development of future image or shared vision with your community and are board members, employees, corporate partners, students, and several hundred parents and guardians so that everyone has clear way forward, work on the development of this and I suggest then apply a strategy method called "Blue Ocean Strategy" and from there initiate the development of SD models and to verify that the impact of decisions over time to achieve its objectives and goals of your school and learning community it serves.
Again immediately implement assessments emotional involvement of employees and their "clients", that will light things about human behavior and culture do you most need to improve and particularly to estimate their emotional involvement and employee HumanSigma client and to have the starting point of the performance, the starting point from which there will be improved step by step with the help of System Dynamics Models.
If you skip these steps, there are risks that the carrying capacity constraint will cause a collapse.
