Speaking of short, I think we could mention the following:

1 - Personal Mastery - Development of strength, emotional and socialintelligence and talents, purpose, mission, vision and values of the individual.
2 - Shared vision of the institution with its community.
3 - Developing teams using study methods that encourage the participationof all ..
4 - mental modeling to discover the cause and effect cycle that underlie all real problem.
5 - Systems Thinking to simulate the created in (4) and find better policies and procedures to achieve the desired goals and objectives and especially to see the impact of our decisions in the time before implementing the changes.

Above all look for how to do more with less, to overcome the problems of "Carrying capacity " and improve the performance and teaching based on solving real problems.
