What immediately comes to my mind is the "Trading Game", used by Christian Aid in England to prepare volunteers for work in developing countries. It involves about thirty or so participants, who role-play countries producing bankable paper shapes created from natural resources like paper, pencils, scissors, etc. Might be a possible.
