Schooling is a highly complex "institution" made up of many
regulations (laws, policies), norms (values, guidelines), and
mind-sets (beliefs, world-views, etc.). I have been looking at these
issues from various viewpoints since the early 1970's and believe that
a systems thinking approach is the best way to clearly describe what
is truly happening in education today.

We believe much as noted in the preceding paragraph and throughout this 2010 we decided to develop a new model to help us plan the design of a new school and its current and future needs for its operation, in this model we have called Pollen , Which we believe will help us fulfill our vision and then describes some of its objectives and goals.
