Years ago I found an article written by Pamela Hopkins entitled "Simulating Hamlet in the Classroom" and I was shocked to study the power of SD to impact on students bored or have no interest in such classes or to enthusiasm for their better use for it using a method of active participation and the use of models.
From that moment to me was very interested in writing about such topics as the history of the Aztecs and the Mayas, or world history as Mahenjo Daro in Pakistan or Easter Island in Chile or aspects of the environment Sahel desert in northeastern Africa, is that there is much written of SD in areas of science, but not in areas that I point out, so I found a very important opportunity to use SD in classes that I've generally seen that Students enter boring or poorly motivated and to date I have written a lot of these issues but I have everything written in Spanish.
If you like I could share the material we have developed, you can write to my mail and I will send the content to the private level.
