In any classroom there will be a percentage of students who learn by watching, another census or listening to another who needs to feel or touch their environment, this means that it must be represented with several stocks that measure the inventory of these styles of learning and each student will be classified as "engagement","Disengagement" and "Active Disengagement"and the only thing you can do something to move students from one classification to another is a teacher who in turn this "engagement" and this will only achieved if the director has a resonant leadership style or positive.

According to my mental models also must have an inventory of students and teachers according to their emotional involvement (the kind of "engagement "), so for me the highest "leverage point" what are the director knows how to lead properly and is connected with the teacher to involve him, he shares the vision of the institution and it clearly defines the results expected of the teacher's job, then it is the increasing percentage of teachers involved and is also a curriculum specially adapted to different learning styles of their students, in that order.

Flows are for me, the interpretation of the results of evaluations of the "Engagement" and the inventory of learning styles and strengths of students, to apply the right medicine to know how to move the stocks of Disengagement to Engagement as this latter circumstance is related to the performance of all members of the educational phenomenon.

I forgot to mention that there are meta-analysis published by Gallup reported that the director also has responsibility for performance, as you can see everything is connected, here is another example of the pervasiveness of interdependence.
