I totally agree with Martin, methodology plays a key role, I also consider that the processes shown by Tim, do not move alone, and for that I consider very important to consider the role of ENGAGEMENT, both the director, as teacher and student, without a good level of ENGAGEMENT, system performance fall.

I nominate Tim consider adding these new elements to the model, method and management ENGAGEMENT for both teachers and students.
