Hi Richard,
Have you had a chance to take a look at my dissertation? I took a very similar approach but studied the spontaneous responses of 30 middle school students and 12 of their teachers. I am digging out now after a week away and am just starting to read the wonderfully rich set of e-mails that have been exchanged around the topic of assessment. In the meantime, I look forward to hearing more about your research.
