“The most effective way for an organization to respond to stakeholder demand for accountability in the face of real systemic (not local) performance problem is to rethink its strategy. My limited understanding of system dynamics and systems thinking suggests that these tools could help school administrators appreciate the consequences of alternative contemplated accountability decisions over time with the power of influencing the making of optimal choices.”

OK, let’s rethink the strategy of public education using system dynamics and systems thinking.
How can I help?
Where do I need to be on Monday?
Who’s going to be the project lead?
When is our first meeting?
Who is the executive sponsor?
Who’s on the Steering Committee?
How are we going to have a shared vision for the project?
Who’s going to fund this project?
I’m retired, I’m looking for a way to change the world, and I’m searching for a challenge where everyone denies the existence of a path to a new way of educating children. You don’t have to pay me very much.
When can I start?
If you think I’m being sarcastic, you don’t know me.
Richard
