As a teacher at a school in which no one has even heard of systems dynamics I absolutely love Heather's suggestion. Probably not very feasible but definetly very practical.. An immersion in systems dynamics, say for inservice days (1 or 2 or even more..) , seems like a very effective way of helping teachers understand what it is all about.
