I would be interested in what journals you read that elaborate on systems thinking, Anne.
Educators/principals/teachers, both elementary and secondary tend to read Educational Leadership published by Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development- www.ascd.org. College professors read American Educational Research Journal from www.aera.og and RER the Review of Educational Research again published by aera (American Educational Research Asociation) the premiere research association for higher ed.educators.
