I not only can not take credit for the quote nor even remember when, where, or If I heard or read it. I've said the same thing in so many ways that this one just sticks in my mind.
But it fits what we are doing so well that I often use it unatributed.
So you are free to do the same.
Maybe if it is used by enough people others will start doing the same.
