Hi all
I believe the question is interesting. I am also a PHD student and is working on the subjct systemic Leadership for a paper. Thre is another question in my mind which I would like to ask. We all know intuitively that as we grow we tend to think more inclusively. Some of the world's tallest leaders were not the ones with the highest Intelligence quotient, but were blessed to feel for all lfellow countrymen and humanity. Their actions were therefore more holisitic and also had fewer unintended effects.
A Ghandhi in India, or Nelson Mandela in SOuth Africa, or Abraham Lincoln in the USA thought much more holisitcally due to their concern for all parts of the social system, leading to a more powerful and stronger system.
The question is therefore: How do we generate help people to feel systemically so that they think systemically?
