Yes, I read Barry's definition of structural thinking - was that about non-linear cause/effect (first example) or using consistent units? (second example). It seemed to me that he had two different examples for one type of thinking so I guess I just didn't get the point. Or maybe from Barry's perspective on structural thinking was about how to depict the structure of the system moreso than revealing any type of perspective about system behavior. Can anyone clear this up for me?
