Sev,
I do not have the RoadMap from which you are working. I am guessing that the delay parameters are all set so the model is in equilibrium. I am further guessing that there is a STEP function connected with the delay parameters. Is this the case? (Look at the list of equations, do you see a STEP function in one or more of them?)
If the STEP function is there I expect it is set to zero (that is, it will not add to the delay that holds the model in equilibrium). So the equation might look like (X + STEP(0,5) where at timestep 5 the delay would increase from X to X + 0 which of course is still X. Try increasing the zero to a number greater than zero (experiment with different numbers) and see if that produces the desired behavior.
Is anyone more familiar with this RoadMap who might know if I am offering relevant advice to Sev?
