Greetings all,

Susan Mundry at WestEd is a co-developer of “The Change Game,” a day-long simulation and reflection process for school professionals to understand the complexity of reform efforts. I have experienced the Change Game as a learner and have facilitated the process for teams, and can vouch for its power to bring the underlying systemic leverage points of school reform into focus. There a network of Change Game facilitators and game kits available, but I’m not sure who the best contact person is.
