Dear Dexter,

I am thinking that you might do well with some warm- up exercises- something like the in and out game and the tree game ( both from Shape of Change), living loops from the ST playbook. I don't know how much time you have, but it might be worth it to get a few basic concepts like stocks and flows and feedback loops under their belts to begin with. You will be working with the folks we are working with in the SoL Ed partnership- I love it when we start all converging in an area. WE can be much more effective together than separately.
