Subject: managing innovation using stock and flow diagram

Message:

I wanted to draw a stock and flow diagram for managing innovations and to make a point that without continuous innovations, the stock will be depleted. .

The inflow to the stock of innovations are the various innovation projects completed that increase the level of innovation in an organisation. I am not sure how the level of innovation get depleted ie what the outflow is? If it does not get depleted, then members of the organisation may not see the need to be innovative. Would appreciate your comments.
