Model note...where does sleep factor in? Both study time and sports time could expand as sleep contracts. Sets up a realistic feedback loop, likely time delayed. So far (as I read it) the model is just adjusting pieces of a constant size pie. Sleep might grow or shrink the pie.

I suspect, but do not know for sure, that Grades and Basketball skill will both follow an S-shaped curve in response to time. Table function?

Also, there is metabolic energy (nutrients, rest, general wellness, etc.) and psychic energy (energized by accomplishment, etc.). Ought not that be a feedback loop factor also?

Depending on Mum's bent of mind, could not her approval be opposite of what you depict?

Finally, I like the self approval flow, very self-actualized if I may say so . At that age, would not an external locus of control come into play?
