How interesting that Mr. Forrester told us, when I was in high school in my town on M. Muzquiz, Coahuila, Mexico, I noticed that problem with my fellow teens, but I also realized something was wrong with the emotional connection made some good teachers to their students that boredom was only in one of the classes as those based in methods of memorization, which those based on collaborative learning.

Observed similar situation then I studied high school in another town called Nueva Rosita Coahuila and my career in the ITESM in Monterrey, the largest and old reflected on that fact and had apparently had something to do with the leadership of professor and his way to convey their feelings and listen to the feelings and emotions of others.

Then came the 90's and coincided with advances in neuroscience and what we had observed that caused neglect in classes and poor performance, I realized thatwas connected with the talents, with the management of emotional and socialintelligence, with methods used in class that were attuned to the learning styles of students, and of course non-nutrient relationships that developed in the families ofthese boys. Although I realized it was key that the teacher had strengthened histalent for empathy.

In summary I noted that although there were cases of extreme poverty anddomestic abuse may in some guys, if the teacher had the profile of emotionalcoach, this symptom of boredom vanished as if by magic, if the teacher did not exercise a visionary leadership style positive, caring, even a good young mancould go bad by not getting emotionally involved and their performance is falling apart

Today, neuroscience provides us know at least the talent, social and emotional intelligence, learning styles, team roles, leadership styles, multiple intelligences, teams roles and discover scale of values that we recorded in our limbic brain, all this becomes a key measure both students and their teachers and school principals. All this is connected with the performance, with emotional involvements and the HumanSigma.

In addition, and no way to examine what happens within our four brains, which occurs during the low or so-called brain limbic brain is key, there in lie the centers of emotional management, at that point you can measure the chemical reaction occurs in that moment of emotional connection one to one that occurs when there is an engagement.

In other words has already meta-analysis tested the relationship between the leadership of a principal, a teacher, the importance of the teacher is emotionally involved with their work, this will connect emotionally with the student to and involve them all in turn will have a remarkable performance.

Here I write down some instruments to measure this relationship:
1 - Q12 - Employee engagement
2 - CE11 - Customer engagement
3 - EE4 - Impact and group relationships
4 - I10-The management of diversity and invlusión.
5 - HumanSigma

All this will undoubtedly have a strong impact on recruitment and selection of teachers, better vocational guidance of students and teaching methods designed to develop competencies that predict success.
