First of all, thanks you all for your comments, suggestions and participation.

After a lot of e-mails I got, I decided to send my way of thinking about "feedback loops".

"Loop" looks like a circle that is beginless and endless.
"Feedback" puts an order of the elements over time.

Following the rule KES (Keep Easy and Simple) and the suggestion from Armando, I like the Forrester's definition with a little changes.

"Feedback loops is a continuos process that controls everything that changes through time."
