Subject: Feedback Loops

In the discussion of defining a feedback loop, I get the feeling that people may feel that feedback loops are special, to be found occasionally, and are not universally present.

Let me make the following proposition, to see if anyone has a counter example:

"Everything that changes through time is controlled by feedback loops."
