We also make use of Forio for classroom support. In addition to Anne’s model, here is an example of a 3 stock model, where the parameters are the contact rate, recovery delay and infectivity. It is based on John Sterman’s SIR model from Business Dynamics. See

It also has a second page with links to Wolfram, CDC, and papers on epidemic models, including one that emphasises the role of social networks (and so is a disaggregate individual model).
