How about the National Staff Development Council (JSD) or the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (Educational Leadership)? As a public school administartor, these are the journals that I read and make reference to in staff development.

Although I am not an expert in systems thinking, I am willing to co- write an article from the principal's perspective, or in any format that might enlighten additional educators.
