Dear Tim,

Congratulations! For perhaps the first time I hear someone concerned about the carrying capacity of the faculty. Those who work with Lean have a similar concern for "overburden."

No one in the frantic "Race to the Top" or other segments of the current corporate driven school "reform" movement ever give a moment's notice to the amount of time and energy expended by teachers in their daily work.
